Girls Camp
5 days / 4 nights of instruction. Approximately 5.5–6 hours of lacrosse daily including drill work, technique focus, and scrimmages. Small group instruction grouped by age, skill, and position. 5:1 coach-to-camper ratio. Meals included for overnight campers.
Boys Camp
5 days / 4 nights of instruction. Approximately 5.5–6 hours of lacrosse daily. Small group instruction grouped by age, skill, and position. 5:1 coach-to-camper ratio. Overnight and commuter options.
Liz Ford
Through 21 seasons at the College of Wooster, Liz Ford has built one of the most successful Division III women's lacrosse programs in the country — compiling a .710 career winning percentage (221–90–1), winning three NCAC championships, and guiding the 2025 squad to a program-record 17 wins and a first-round NCAA Tournament victory. She was inducted into the Ohio Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2021 and serves as Senior Woman Administrator at Wooster, leading athletics diversity and Title IX initiatives. Campers at US Lacrosse Camps train under the same staff and teaching progressions that produced Wooster's All-Americans and NCAC Players of the Year.
Art Murray Field, College of Wooster
US Lacrosse Camps has called the College of Wooster home for more than 20 years, making it one of the most established instructional lacrosse camps in the Midwest. Camps are held on Wooster's campus in Granville, Ohio at Art Murray Field — home turf of the Wooster Fighting Scots. The all-season synthetic turf field and excellent on-campus facilities provide an ideal environment for intensive lacrosse instruction.
What to expect
The basics every camper and family should know going in.
What to bring
Full lacrosse equipment — helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, stick, cleats, water bottle, and sunscreen. Overnight campers should also pack bedding and toiletries.
Daily structure
Days combine position-specific instruction, small-sided drill work, and live scrimmages — 5.5 to 6 hours on the field each day, with meals and breaks built in.
Who it's for
Campers ages 8–18 at all experience levels. Sessions are grouped by age, skill, and position — from first-time players to competitive juniors sharpening their game.
